Since moving to Oregon in the summer of 1986, James has
called Salem his home.
James has since attended Myers Elementary, Walker Middle
School and Graduated from South Salem High School in 1993.
After high school, James enlisted in the United States
Marine Corps and served as a Combat Engineer traveling all over the
world to far away places including Thailand, Singapore, Saudi Arabia,
Kuwait, and Hong Kong among many others.
After receiving an Honorable Discharge at the completion
of his service, James enrolled at Oregon State University in 1998. James
was a business administration major who also was the mascot "Benny"
the Beaver for three years at every football and Basketball game.
James graduated from Oregon State in 2002 with a Bachelors
Degree in Business with a marketing emphasis.
After graduating, James was quickly employed by Jerry
Jones Direct, an advertising and marketing firm specializing in the
dental industry where he has risen from Graphic Designer, to Account
Executive, to Chief Operating Officer.
James also has a background in sports marketing performing
as the mascot for many teams including the Salem-Keizer Volcanoes, Portland
Beavers, and of course, ORegon State University.
In the fall, James is also an assistant Girls Soccer Coach
at Sprague High School.
